Kevin Parikh

Dr. Parikh grew up in Schererville, Indiana. After graduating as valedictorian from Lake Central High School, he went on to Indiana University where he obtained a business degree from the Kelley School of Business and minors in both chemistry and biology. He then received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.
Dr. Parikh provides comprehensive urologic care with a focus on minimally invasive procedures for a wide range of benign and malignant urologic disorders. He has a special clinical and surgical interest in robotic surgery, management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), laser treatment for kidney stone disease, erectile dysfunction, and urinary incontinence. Dr. Parikh provides up-to-date and cutting-edge treatment options for cancers of the kidney, bladder, and prostate. Dr. Parikh has presented novel clinical research at various local, national, and international urologic meetings. His research interests include kidney cancer, prostate cancer, holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia, and penile prosthesis for erectile dysfunction.
